These Terms & Conditions apply to the private driver, local guide and translation services offered by AZ Local Experiences (“Private Drivers Medellín”, “we”, “us”) in Medellín and Antioquia, Colombia. By booking a service with us you accept these terms.

Bookings

  • Bookings are made through WhatsApp (+57 323 498 6006), Instagram or email.
  • A booking is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation with the date, time, pick-up point, service and price.
  • Please share accurate details: names, number of passengers, luggage, flight number and addresses. Prices and vehicle assignment depend on this information.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are quoted per service, per hour or per trip, and are confirmed in writing before your booking.
  • The quote states the accepted payment methods and whether a deposit is required.
  • Tolls, parking, entrance fees to attractions, meals and extra stops not included in the quote may be charged separately. We will tell you before any extra cost is added.

Airport pick-ups

  • We monitor the flight number you give us. If your flight is delayed, we adjust the pick-up time.
  • Any waiting time included in the price is stated in your confirmation. Extra waiting time beyond that may be charged.

Changes and cancellations

  • Let us know about any change as early as possible. Changes depend on availability.
  • The cancellation conditions for your service are stated in your booking confirmation.

During the service

  • Each passenger must use a seat belt. The number of passengers cannot exceed the capacity of the vehicle.
  • The driver may refuse or stop a service if a passenger’s behavior puts safety at risk, or if illegal items or activities are involved.
  • Passengers are responsible for damage they cause to the vehicle beyond normal use.
  • Please check that you have all your belongings before leaving the vehicle. We will help recover lost items but are not responsible for them.

Liability

We provide our services with care and professional drivers. We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, strikes or other events outside our control.
